Previous experiences

AH constructed about seven big projects in Iraq with values range from 1,000,000 to 38,000,000 USD. About 200,000 meter length of UPVC gravity lines with depth from 1 to 6 meter and diameter from 100 to 1200mm including casting and install about 4000 concrete manholes were installed for a period from 2005 to 2014 in different areas in Iraq . These projects also include installation about 10,000 meter length of force main with diameter from 250 to 1000mm using Ductile iron, high pressure PVC, GRP, HDPE, and HDPE Corrugated pipes materials. Moreover, about 20,000 house connection were installed to connect the houses with networks, in addition to construction pump stations. The first project handed over to client since end of 2006 and from that time the networks work successfully with high degree with reliability, the same for recent handed over projects.

AH supplied and installed about 20,000 meter length of HDPE water force main in centre of Basra, Iraq with diameter ranging from 200 to 600mm for a period from 2004 to 2018. These projects contain supply materials and install about 10 river crossing and 155 valves. In addition to pavement and side wall works. The company also carried out one of the mega projects and the difficult nature and is the first of its kind in Iraq and extending the processing of iron pipe diameter of 800 mm and a length of 7,000 meters included acts of expression under the bottom of the tube Shatt al-Arab River has a total length of 150 meters along.

In this area, AH constructed about 100,000 square meter of different types of buildings. Many specific buildings were constructed for different clients since 2000. Training centre at R-Zero is one of these projects that constructed in 2005 and contain many inside, outside laboratories and halls for purpose of training on water technologies. AMAR School and AMAR Hospital are another wonderful projects that constructed in Basra in 2017 and 2018 respectively. Moreover, many buildings were constructed in different areas as show in the list of constructed projects

More than 20,000 square meters of shades, steel building, and prefabricated buildings with different designs and purposes were performed since 2002 in Iraq. The recent one is about 2000 square meter shade located at Rumilla oil field.

AH is a leader company in IRAQ in the area of marine works that including onshore and offshore works. Recently, AH completed 7,000,000 USD LOT-D1 project at Umm Qaser port. This project include: remove the all existing fenders with chains and anchor bolts for ten berths, supply and Install of new Fenders (Type H1000- Sumittomo/Japan) for ten berths (164 pcs) Berth from 12 to 21, the work include Repair of Concrete Slab Decks and Cracks (Bottom). In 2007, the first large ship discharged at new RORO berth at Umm port that designed and constructed by AH, this project include offshore works like concrete piles and concrete abutment, while the onshore works include 800mm steel pipe piles ( about 3000m), 270m walk way, fenders works, pontoon works, and many others

AL-Hilu motors has been established since 2008. and from that time make the possible efforts for diesel generators supply. About 495 generators with a capacity from 5 to 1000kva were supplied for different clients.

Many types of civil works like earth works, concrete works, fencing works and others were performed since 1995. For the last five years, about 10 km of ditch and berm, chain link fencing, and concrete walls with a huge quantities of earth works were constructed, moreover, about 10,000 pcs of T-Walls were casting and installed in different areas.

Many specific mechanical projects were constructed by our company since year of establishment. These projects include design and construction mechanical work like pump stations. The most recent project is design, supply, fabricate and construction 11 meter jib crane in Umia oil platform. 10/

CCTV, Cabling works, control panel works, lighting works, and many others electrical works were performed since 2003. Recently AH design, supply, and install a CCTV system to Basra International Airport as well as many electrical works including cabling, control panels, and lighting were constructed at RTI Site in Basra.
